During my Christmas stay, I loved the fact that the hotel offered a warm and cozy atmosphere. The staff was friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The location was perfect, as it was in close proximity to the main attractions and had easy access to public transportation. the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep.
There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly like. the breakfast selection was limited and often ran out quickly.

I had a fantastic stay here, with the hotel's cleanliness and facilities standing out. The staff was attentive and friendly, always ready to assist me with whatever I needed. The location was perfect, very close to a metro station and in a nice area. It was convenient to explore the sites of this city, especially with the Franklin D Roosevelt metro station nearby.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The location was perfect, nestled on a quiet lane yet just a stone's throw away from the bustling shopping area. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, ensuring that all our needs were met. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a sitting area and windows that offered a lovely view of the street. We really appreciated the attention to detail, such as the tea kettle provided in the room and the quick response from the receptionist when we needed a taxi. The breakfast room looked inviting and we regret not having the time to try it, but we can imagine it being a delicious start to the day!

We spent our last night in this hotel and it was amazing! The check-in experience was exceptional, with the receptionist being friendly and professional. They even gave us a free upgrade to a spacious and clean room. The location is excellent, with the hotel being situated in a prime area near shopping and dining options. The room amenities were top-notch, including the L'Occitane toiletries and the complimentary tea and coffee. The staff were also very helpful, quickly calling a service for us when our taxi failed to arrive. we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this place to everyone.

A warm and friendly atmosphere greeted us upon arrival at the hotel. The rooms were well presented and had all the amenities we needed.
